About
I’m Andrei. I lead an AI-native team behind Concordia University’s web and mobile platforms, and I write about what daily AI use actually looks like inside higher ed, where change is real but rarely fast.
My team supports the digital platforms that 400 content authors use every day. Over the past couple of years, AI has changed how much we ship, how we maintain project memory, and who can contribute technical work. I also run a hands-on AI learning community for developers and practitioners across the university.
I’ve been building for the web since 1996, with nearly 15 years in higher education. Before Concordia, I built cabin crew interfaces in aerospace and websites for entertainment projects at a digital agency. Different industries, same work: building things for people.
This site is where I think out loud about what I’ve learned. If you’re interested, reach out.
