About

I’m Andrei. I manage web and mobile technology at Concordia University in Montreal, leading a small, cross-functional team responsible for the university’s web platform, a mobile app, and the tools that 400 content authors use every day.

I’ve been building for the web since 1996, and nearly 15 of those years have been in higher education at Concordia. Before that, I built cabin crew interfaces and in-flight entertainment systems in aerospace, and websites for Hollywood entertainment projects at a digital agency.

This site is where I think out loud about what I’ve learned: making tools that feel like they were built for the people using them, technology that has to last, and the AI experiments I keep running to see what’s possible.

I’m always looking for new conversations. If you’re interested, reach out.
